We're winding up the first quarter with in-class projects.

6th Grade Project Group:

They are working in groups to map out one region of the U.S. which will include correctly labeling the state, capital, land forms, or landmarks.  The regions will be re-assembled to create an entire map of the USA.  Extra credit is available, it is not required, but highly encouraged.  This project is due by 9/28/18.

There will be a quiz next week over drafting the constitution, preamble, and general government information. Students read a chapter in the textbook and worked on a study guide, we also played a Jeopardy Review Game, which you can download.

The quiz will not be open book or open note, so your students should review homework, the study guide and Jeopardy game, since all questions will be taken from those sources.
